★ Pickup Date & Time: Daily 11am to 7pm from 25 August to 29 September, 2023

【Shipping】

★ TWD 350 shipping will be charged per parcel (1-12 mooncake gift boxes). If your purchase includes more than 13 mooncake gift boxes, kindly add TWD 350 shipping fee in your shopping cart.

★ Time of arrival for shipment will be from 27 August to 21 September, 2021

★ Free island-wide delivery service to one address is available for orders of 20 boxes or more (limited to one address only; if a second delivery address is required, please add add TWD 350 shipping fee in your shopping cart. Afterwards, one of our colleagues will be in touch with you to confirm further shipping details

★ Bulk order of 51 boxes and above will be entitled to 15% off. Please contact Mooncake Center at +886 (2) 2715 6656 or email MOTPE-mooncake@mohg.com for further assistance

★ If an order includes a mooncake gift box and other giveaway selections, and exceeds the capacity of a parcel which can contain a maximum of 12 mooncake giftboxes, please add TWD 350 shipping fee in your shopping cart. If one parcel can contain all your purchased items, we will proactively refund your shipping fee

★ Kindly note that the shipping service will not be available on Sundays and public holidays. Your delivery date will be noted but not guaranteed due to Mid-Autumn Festival peak delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

★ The receipt will be delivered with your parcel. Please add a note to your order of "Donate Invoice to Charity" if your purchase is for giveaway

★ If the product is seriously damaged, you may present all product packaging, invoices and relevant documents intact, in order to successfully complete the return process
