★ Pickup Date & Time: Daily 11am to 7pm from 25 August to 6 October, 2025

【Shipping】

★ TWD 350 shipping will be charged per parcel. If your purchase includes more than 13 mooncake gift boxes, kindly add TWD 350 shipping fee in your shopping cart.

★ Free island-wide delivery service to one address is available for orders of 20 boxes or more (limited to one address only; if a second delivery address is required, please add add TWD 350 shipping fee in your shopping cart. Afterwards, one of our colleagues will be in touch with you to confirm further shipping details

★ Kindly note that the shipping service will not be available on Sundays and public holidays. Your delivery date will be noted but not guaranteed due to Mid-Autumn Festival peak delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

★ If the product is seriously damaged, you may present all product packaging, invoices and relevant documents intact, in order to successfully complete the return process
