Products

  • Place your order at the eShop of Mandarin Oriental, Taipei
    • Products from The Mandarin Cake Shop can be ordered for pickup and delivery after 3 days and up to 30 days after the order is placed.
    • Takeaway items from Ya Ge or Bencotto can be ordered for pickup and delivery after 2 hours and up to 15 days after the order is placed.
    • This is a kind reminder that takeaway items from Ya Ge will be available from Monday to Sunday, and items from Bencotto will be available from Tuesday to Sunday.
Pickup time for lunch is from noon to 14:30.
    Pickup time for dinner is from 18:00 to 20:00.
    • All products from The Mandarin Cake Shop are properly labelled with an expiry date. To ensure the best quality of the products, it is highly recommended that you consume them before the expiry date. The expiry date is indicated on each package.
    • Pictures are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary.
    • Once the order form is submitted:
      • If you would like to adjust the delivery date or time, please email MOTPE-cakeshop@mohg.com, or call The Mandarin Cake Shop at +886 2 2715 6789 during its operating hours. It will be our pleasure to assist you.
      • If you would like to modify your order item(s), we apologise, but Mandarin Oriental, Taipei cannot accept an order adjustment. Please email MOTPE-cakeshop@mohg.com, or call The Mandarin Cake Shop at +886 2 2715 6789 during its operating hours to cancel an order. It will be our pleasure to assist you with the order cancellation. Then, kindly reorder via our eShop. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
      • If you would like to cancel your order, please email MOTPE-cakeshop@mohg.com, or call The Mandarin Cake Shop during its operating hours at +886 2 2715 6789 at least one day before your pickup/delivery date.

                       Operating Hours of The Mandarin Cake Shop:

                            10:00 to 21:00 (Mondays to Saturdays

                            10:00 to 19:00 (Sundays and Public Holidays)

    • Only credit cards are accepted at the Mandarin Oriental, Taipei online shop, and a one-time full payment is required. The Mandarin Cake Shop accepts: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay.
    • e-Invoice will be sent to your registered email address on the delivery date. If paper invoice is required, please must contact The Mandarin Cake Shop before requested delivery date.
    • For bulk orders above TWD20,000, please email MOTPE-cakeshop@mohg.com, or call The Mandarin Cake Shop during its operating hours at +886 2 2715 6789 for details.
    • The Mandarin Cake Shop reserves the final say on orders. In case of any changes, The Mandarin Cake Shop will inform the customer.
     

    Return Policy

    • All products from Mandarin Oriental, Taipei are food items. Therefore, there will be no refunds or exchanges once the product is purchased, except under the following conditions: The product differs from the standards listed on the food label, it is the wrong product or it is seriously damaged. If you have any concerns regarding the products received, please take a  picture, and email it to MOTPE-cakeshop@mohg.com, or call The Mandarin Cake Shop at +886 (2) 2715 6789 during its operating hours. We will assist you with your enquiries immediately.
             Operating Hours of The Mandarin Cake Shop:

        • Please contact The Mandarin Cake Shop and confirm the details before returning your products. Once the specifics of the damaged product are confirmed, we will process your return immediately.
        • Please keep all product packaging, invoices and relevant documents intact in order to successfully complete the return process. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The delivery fee for the return of damaged products will be borne by The Mandarin Cake Shop. For returns due to other reasons, the fee will be borne by the customer.
        • Once the return agreement is settled, payment will be reimbursed to the credit card used for the purchase within 10 to 14 working days, excluding holidays. The transaction time may vary depending on different bank procedures. If you have other questions, please contact your credit card company.
